When running the installable cloud application, the following error occurs: Application Terminated. Unauthorized. Please contact the application distributor for more information.
Cause:
This error occurs when the PowerServer Web APIs has been configured to use an authentication framework (JWT, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS Cognito, etc) while the application is attempting to access the Web API without having completed the authentication process.
Solution:
You can configure and implement the authentication in the PowerServer Web APIs and the application according to this section: Authenticate.
If you have no plan to implement the authentication, you can set the Auth Template option to Do not use auth service.
