Failed to run the app. Please make sure the server is running and accessible.

The following error occurs when trying to run the installable cloud app for the first time.

Failed to run the app. Please make sure the server is running and accessible. 

Cause 1 & solution:

The server has set up a firewall and the firewall does not allow the specified port number to go through; or the server is connected through a proxy while the proxy settings are incorrect. Please check the firewall and proxy settings.

Cause 2 & solution:

The server is not running or started successfully, because the port number is being used by another program. Please change the port number or stop the other program.

Cause 3 & solution:

The server is not accessible due to the network problem or security policies. Please ask your IT administrator to check the network connection and security rules.
