When upgrading the installable cloud application on the local client machine, the following errors occur:
2024-02-27 04:22:37,036 ERROR [3832] Failed to update the app. 2024-02-27 04:22:37,035 ERROR [3832] The app directory (C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\PBApps\Applications\xxxx) or files are being accessed by another program. Please exit and try again later.
Cause & solution
When an updated version is available on the server, the Cloud App Launcher will clear all files on the local client machine first before downloading the updated version. During the upgrade, if the above errors occur, you can run the "resmon" command (Resource Monitor) to find out which process is locking the folder or file; and you can terminate the process and then try again.
