You can now configure the following settings before deployment (you can also configure them in the Web API config file after deployment, like earlier versions):

You can configure the following timeout settings in the project painter: session timeout, transaction timeout, & request timeout.

You can configure MaxSPCache (the maximum number of stored procedures for which the driver caches information) in the project painter.
