When you try to start the PowerServer Web APIs, the following error occur:
Title: PowerServer failed to start. Abnormal network connection Messsage: Failed to connect to the license server: No such host is known.
Cause:
The machine connects to Internet through a proxy server and the proxy server is not configured in the PowerServer Web APIs.
Solution:
If the machine connects to Internet through a proxy server, make sure to configure the proxy server settings in the PowerServer Web APIs as well (ServerAPIs project > Server.json file > "ProxyOptions" block). The password for the proxy server (if any) must be an encrypted value (encrypted by the CustomizeDeploy.dll tool).
