Save the PowerServer project settings; and build and deploy the PowerServer project (using the Build & Deploy PowerServer Project button) for the changes to take effect.
When the deployment is finished,

Go to the Web server and verify that the application folder (for example, "salesdemo_cloud") exists under the Web root.

Open the folder of the PowerServer C# solution (C:\Users\appeon\source\repos\PowerServer_salesdemo in this tutorial).
