To configure the Informix database connection:

In the Database Configuration dialog box, enter any text as the cache name.

Select Informix from the Provider list.

Input your IP address or your machine name to Server name.

Input the port number.

Enter your Username and Password.

Enter your database name to Connect to a database.

Click Test Connection to make sure the connection is successful.
