Important
When upgrading from a version earlier than PowerBuilder 2022 R3 3391, the end user will have to run the application via a web browser on the first run, otherwise, the error "Failed to parse the configuration file" will display. You can work around this limitation by upgrading first to 2022 R3 3391 and then to 2025 R2 or later. For more, refer to Upgrading Cloud App Launcher.
