In the previous version, the timeout settings and MaxSPCache can only be configured in the project configuration file after deployment.
Starting from Version 2022 R3, the timeout settings and MaxSPCache can be configured in the project painter before deployment. And when the "Overwrite server settings" option is selected, the values will be synchronized to the project configuration file. Make sure you will configure and synchronize these values properly.
