The Theme folder has the following changes:

Remove arrow.png from Flat Design Blue

Add two new sub-folders: Flat Design Lime, and Flat Design Orange
If your PowerServer or PowerClient project is upgraded from Version 2022 R2 or earlier, you will need to first remove the Theme folder and then add it back again to the External Files section, in order to correctly refresh the file list and avoid any compilation error later.
