TX Text Control ActiveX has been upgraded to the latest available version (Version 31) for both 32-bit and 64-bit. And the runtime files have been updated to work with Version 31. See the section called “PowerBuilder runtime files” in Application Techniques.
The rich text editor toolbar has the following new buttons:

RightToLeft -- Inserts and displays characters in the right-to-left order.

LeftToRight -- Inserts and displays characters in the left-to-right order.

Increase indent -- Indents the text or paragraph further to the right.

Decrease indent -- Moves the text or paragraph closer to the left margin.
