The PowerBuilder IDE has the following enhancements:

You can now remove all or particular objects from the Recent Objects menu list.
You can either select menu File > Recent Objects > Clear All to remove all recent objects at one time or click the close icon after each object to remove individual objects.

You can now directly launch the following tools from the IDE: Resource Monitor, Runtime Packager, Standalone Translator Tool, and Translation Toolkit (by selecting the menu File > New in the IDE, and then selecting the tool from the Tool tab in the New dialog).
