To resolve these issues, get the PBVM.DLL and PBSHR.DLL files from the above package and replace the files with the same name in the PowerBuilder Runtime installation path (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\Common\PowerBuilder\Runtime 19.2.0.2703).
