PowerServer will prioritize using the latest version of .NET installed on your computer to compile the solution.

Some third-party libraries referenced in PowerServer 2022 R3 Build 3397 are found to contain vulnerabilities, please refer to How to solve the critical severity vulnerability warnings at PowerServer solution compilation to update them to a newer version where the vulnerabilities have been addressed.
