The following new features or enhancements are added to PowerBuilder 2019 R3 MR 2728:

The encryption for applications deployed by PowerClient has been improved to support cross-platform, so that applications deployed to the Linux Web server can be customized using the CustomizeDeploy.dll tool.
Due to this change, the developer will have to re-configure the Web server profile, deploy their PowerClient projects and upload the cloud app launcher and runtime again after applying this MR.
