When uploading sample case or log files as attachments in the Support Portal, the website has a 20 MB limit for a single attachment. If your attachment exceeds 20 MB, there are three ways to submit it:

If the attachment isn't too large, you can use 7zip to compress it into multiple 19 MB files and then upload them one by one.

We can provide you with an FTP account to upload the attachment. According to our internal policy, we will restrict our FTP access by IP addresses.
Therefore, please provide your public IP addresses for our IT to configure your FTP account.
BTW, you can find out your public IP address using the following link: https://whatismyipaddress.com.

You can upload the attachment to your company's website or some third-party cloud storage, and then let us know the download link.
A special reminder: when providing sample cases, please do not include any sensitive data or information. Only include sample data sufficient to reproduce the issue.
