Sets the margin from the left border of the page.

Usage
When this function is called in PDFTableOfContents object, it sets the margin between the table of contents and the left border of the page.
When this function is called in PDFDocument object, it sets the margin between the document and the left border of the page.
When this function is called in PDFPage object, it sets the margin between the PDF page and the left border of the page.
Examples
This example sets the left margin for the table of contents.
