Web application cannot load in Internet Explorer. The pop up error message is displayed "Unable to validate current license file. Please reinstall PowerServer".
Cause: Validation of appeon.license file in AppeonServer.db file may fail if abnormal operations are performed. You will continue to see the error message if PowerServer is not reinstalled.
Solution: Reinstall PowerServer. Avoid such operations in PowerServer:
1. Modify the information in appeon.license file
2. Copy components to PowerServer instead of deploying them.
