To switch the license type from online to offline, the order/license admin can log in to Appeon User Center to unassign the current user and reassign the license for activation.
Step 1: Unassign the license from the current user to make the license available for reassignment.
Step 2: Reassign the license as an offline license to the appropriate user. (Make sure to change License Type from Online to Offline. Online is selected by default.)
Step 3: Activate the offline license.
