Gets the vertical align mode of the content in a table cell in the RichTextEdit control.

The unique ID that identifies the table. |
| row | The row number of the cell. |
| column | The column number of the cell. |
| align |
The align mode of the content in the cell. The following modes are supported:

Return value
Boolean.
Returns the align mode if it succeeds. Returns -1 if it fails. Returns null if any argument is null.
The following modes are supported:

1 -- The text is aligned at the top of the cell.

2 -- The text is vertically centered.
-
3 -- The text is aligned at the bottom of the cell.
