Step 1: Shut down PowerBuilder and any other SAP software.
Step 2: Verify that PowerServer Toolkit and other Windows programs have been shut down.
Open Windows Task Manager, switch to the Process tab and verify that the following processes are not running. If they are running, end them:
-
EonADT[xx].exe
-
pb[xx].exe
If EonADT[xx].exe is running when attempting to uninstall PowerServer Toolkit, the PowerServer setup program will detect that the processes are running and an error message will appear.
End the processes in the Processes tab of Windows Task Manager before clicking the OK button on the message box. If you click OK before ending the process, the message box will continue to display and will not allow you to continue until the processes are ended. In this case, click Cancel in the message box, end the process and begin the uninstall process again.
Step 3: Select Windows Start | Control Panel; under Programs, click Uninstall a program; select Appeon PowerServer Toolkit 2020 and click Uninstall to begin the uninstall process.
Step 4: Click Next and then OK to confirm the removal of PowerServer Toolkit.
Step 5: Click Finish when uninstall is complete.
Step 7: Manually delete the folder where PowerServer Toolkit was installed. This will remove all PowerServer Toolkit files that are not automatically uninstalled.
