"The session does not exist" error

Phenomena: The scripts run correctly right after they are recorded and modified, but after a while or after the server is restarted, the following error messages appear in the log of Appeon when playing back the scripts:

session does not exist.”

Solution: Check and make sure that the Reset context for each action option is unchecked as shown in the following figure, and then record the scripts again.

In this way, the scripts will remain usable even after the application server is restarted.
